All service providers in their itemized, regular bills provide you only with the Tower Code, as they cannot give you the addresses of their 1000's of towers scattered around the State and Lakhs around the Country. Moreover, there are more than a dozen service providers in the Country thus all put together there are more than 10,000's towers of all service providers scattered around the State and Lakhs around the Country. The Tower addresses are also not given due to security reasons. We have spent months, with 100's of our Agents working day and night to built a Data Bank of the addresses of the tower locations of all the service providers, which service/information if provided to our client along with the call details will give an idea of the area around the "Target Phone User" on a particular day and time.
Most investigating agencies plot/draw a route charts on a map along with date and time of halts of the "Target Phone User" from the Tower Locations of moving in / through an area, which can lead to many valuable inferences i.e., if he/she and the suspected person or area are under the same tower and if that happens to be the area of their liking or "meeting point" etc. Pl. Note: The Tower Locations of only limited States/Cities are available. Tower Locations will not be available if "Target Number" is on Roaming, on Call Divert or number portability activation.

The charges for giving the Tower Location is only Rs.3,000/- per month.
Time Taken
The normal time taken for getting the "Call History" will be 10 -15 working days from the time of receipt of advance.
On confirmation from the service provider that the call details have been received, we shall inform the same to our client and on receipt of the balance amount the same shall be mailed within 12 hours.
In case of urgent requirement of within 10 days the charges are 25% extra.
In case of urgent requirement within 5 days the charges are 50% extra.
In case of an urgent requirement of within 48 Hours the charges are double.
Note :-
If the phone is under portability (Change of Service provider) The call details will not be available and we are not responsible for the same and the client has to pay for the same.
Tower location will not be available if and when the phone is on roaming, switched off or not working for any reasons.
The call details services are only for once near and dear once and provided only after filling the query form.
The call details information is only for personal use and not for any legal matters.
